Rivia Capital was established by seasoned professionals with extensive financial, real estate and healthcare consulting experience. Our group utilizes a strategy of selectively targeting healthcare and office real estate in high-growth and maturing sub-markets. Economic, demographic and other relevant sub-market conditions are assessed in identifying target areas.

Michael Ambrose
Michael is responsible for strategy, sourcing and vetting investment opportunities, risk management, and operations for the firm.

Licensed as both a Florida real estate broker and Florida certified public accountant, Michael is a South Florida native. He received his MST and BBA in Accounting from the University of Miami.

Stuart Neiberg
Stuart is responsible for vetting investment opportunities, capital markets and firm operations.

Stuart is a certified public accountant accredited in business valuation and a chartered financial analyst. He received his Masters in Accounting from University of Florida and Bachelors in Management from Tulane University.

Daniel Kvarnberg
Daniel is responsible for sourcing and vetting investment opportunities, capital markets, tenant relations, leasing oversight and firm operations.

Daniel is a Certified Valuation Analyst. He received a Masters in Accounting with a focus in Valuation from Florida Atlantic University, an MBA from University of North Florida, and a Masters in International Management and Intercultural Communication from Cologne University of Applied Sciences/University of Warsaw.

Tim is responsible for deal sourcing, vetting opportunities, and investor relations.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kentucky as well as an Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Tim is a licensed real estate salesperson in Kentucky.

Cameron is responsible for financial modeling, vetting opportunities, deal sourcing, and asset management.
Cameron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance as well as a Master of Science in Finance both from the University of Kentucky. Cameron is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Kentucky.
