(Fort Lauderdale, FL and Tallahassee, FL - March 17, 2022) ANKCORE Capital, LLC has closed on a $4 million purchase of a 32,000 square-foot, two-story office/medical building located in Tallahassee, FL.

The building is located at 2600 N Centennial Place in northeast Tallahassee, adjacent to the Capital Regional Medical Center, and includes a mixture of four office and medical office suites.

According to Daniel Kvarnberg, the building is located in an area that is experiencing substantial growth and increased demand for medical office space. We see an excellent opportunity for our investors due to the market growth and strong long-term tenants.

Ambrose Commercial Realty Group, Inc. was the broker for ANKCORE Capital, LLC, and NAI TALCOR represented the seller in the transaction.
